Intech Equipment & Supply offers equipment and application training services as well as equipment start-ups for all of the equipment we carry.  Programs and pricing can be tailored to your needs.    

We maintain two fully equipped SPFA training centers: in Phoenix, Arizona and in San Bernardino, California.  Each location is staffed by seasoned professionals with hands-on, real-world experience.

The PRTC and PITC five-day courses are conducted year round in alternating months the third week of each month.  This is the ultimate comprehensive SPFA training curriculum providing both classroom discussion and hands-on learning.  Our state-of-the-art classroom and spray training room in San Bernardino are designed to give our students the competitive edge and expertise they will need in the field.  The course is designed to give students a thorough understanding of the materials used in commercial roofing, insulation, and a general review of safety and environmental topics.  We also expound on the applicator’s responsibility to protect the public and the environment during the respective applications.  Our intensive hands-on training covers surface prep, weather factors, equipment adjustments, and application methods. This course will assist in increasing your bottom line by having a properly educated applicator.

Additionally the training includes:

¨     Review of safety and environmental topics, including the

¨     Membranes and sealants, including single-ply, built-up and mod-bit.

¨     Two component polyurethane adhesive application.

¨     Repair and maintenance procedures.

¨     Upon request, personal video of student’s application technique.
